Returns

We have a 30-day return policy.  If it’s been more than 30 days since your purchase was shipped to you, unfortunately we cannot refund your purchase.  However, we’d be glad to exchange it for one of equal or lesser value, minus any shipping costs.

 

In order to qualify for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it and unused.  It must be returned in the original packaging including all of the paperwork and the Certificate of Authenticity (if applicable).  We will also need your receipt or proof of purchase. Without your receipt or proof of purchase, we can only offer to exchange your purchase for another available item of equal or lesser value.

Refunds (if applicable)

When your return has been received and evaluated, we will contact you and inform you of it’s arrival and whether or not your refund can be approved.

 

If approved, your refund will be credited to your original method of payment.  If your refund is late or missing, please check with your bank or credit card company as it may take several business days before your refund is officially posted to your account.  After taking these steps, if your refund has still not been received, please contact us.

Customized Dedications (if applicable)

Unfortunately, customized dedications are not eligible for exchanges or refunds. All sales of customized dedications are final.  However, if there is an error in your dedication, please contact us and Gena will be happy to correct the error.

 

Original Art (if applicable)

Original art is not eligible for exchanges or refunds. All sales of original art are final.

Gifts

If you received an ENDURING ROOTS limited edition print as a gift and would like to exchange it for a different one of equal or lesser value, please contact us with your request and identify the individual you received it from.   Your print will need to be returned undamaged and unused in the original packaging including all of the paperwork and the Certificate of Authenticity.

Shipping

You are responsible for paying for the shipping costs of your return and exchanges. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If you are shipping an item over $75, the purchase of shipping insurance and the use of a trackable shipping service is strongly recommended. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returns.
